Simon Fox, Chair
Simon is the Chair of The Diamond Event Committee and Development Origination at Dexus. Dexus are a long-term, proud Platinum Patron and supporter of The Diamond Event. Simon joined the committee in 2018 and took on the position of Co-Chair in 2019 before becoming Chair in 2020.
Over the years, his children have had a number of operations, procedures, and visits to Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick, and Simon saw this as a way of giving back to the Hospital and its amazing staff. Simon is honoured to Chair The Diamond Event in 2020 by taking the event virtual.

Amanda Lacey, Deputy Chair
Amanda joined The Diamond Event Committee in 2019 and in 2020 took on the position of Deputy Chair. Amanda brings with her expertise in Marketing and Communications as the Director of POPCOM and a passion for philanthropy.
She has three beautiful children and believes that every family should have access to good doctors and world-class hospitals, because life isn't always fair. Amanda wants to do all she can to help sick children and their families.

Richard Poulton, Presenting Partner, AFEX
Richard returns to The Diamond Event Committee with a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion as a keen philanthropist and Presenting Partner.
He has worked in the foreign exchange market since 2003 with his AFEX career starting in 2005 on the sales floor in London. In 2006 he relocated to Australia to set up the Sydney operation. During Richard’s time in Australia, he expanded the business to five different offices and progressed from Sales Manager to Sales Director, and in January 2012 moved on to become the Managing Director for Asia Pacific.
Richard has been a passionate supporter of Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation for many years and has been Presenting Partner of The Diamond Event since 2017.

Charlie Tynan, Committee Member
Over the years she has relied on the amazing work of the Hospital many times. Whether it be something as minor as a broken arm or something far more serious such as a stay in ICU – she takes great comfort in knowing her family will always be in the very best of hands.
Charlie joined The Diamond Event Committee in 2018 and has been a passionate supporter of The Diamond Event ever since attending many of the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation Gala Events.
Charlie loves being a part of The Diamond Event Committee and being able to work with a great bunch of people to help raise much needed funds for Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick.

James Swete, Committee Member
James joined The Diamond Event Committee in 2018 and is currently the Sales & Marketing Director at Starryland.
He really enjoys sports and the outdoors, keeping active - playing tennis, running and looking after his three kids. James got involved with The Diamond Event as both his twin boys got Parechovirus at only one-month-old and ended up in ICU at Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick. It was then he saw first-hand how hard the brilliant doctors, nurses and support staff work looking after over 72,000 children annually.

Alice Moore, Committee Member
Alice joined The Diamond Event Committee in 2020 and is the Founder/Director of PR agency Élysée Collective.
She was delighted to join the Diamond Event Committee as she has previously supported other events for the Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick through her clients. Having attended a number of Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation functions over the years, she’s constantly inspired and amazed by the hard work of the Foundation to raise much needed funds to ensure children receive the best treatment and care possible.
Alice loves to travel, and her work allows her to visit incredible destinations all over the globe with the Maldives, Bhutan, remote Indonesia, Paris and New York City among her favourites.

Jane Shaw, Committee Member
Jane joined The Diamond Event Committee in late 2019 and is the Director of Astor Management Group and a Chartered Accountant. Her personal interests include being a mum to Chloe & Edward, playing golf and tennis on the weekends and escaping in January with her husband to go bowl hiking and skiing in Colorado.
As a mother of two young children, she is passionate about raising funds to directly support the Fellowship Program at Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick.
